When I’m not at work…When I’m not on the phone or feverishly typing away on my computer, I like to travel and explore new places near and far with my family, walk my dogs, and enjoy my husband’s amazing cooking.
ALLISON PERREAULT, Operations Manager
Town you live in: Life long Mainer, but currently living in Somersworth
Background: Fireplace, masonry, and chimney specialist with a love of interior design. I’m actively pursing professional development in the interior design side of our business.
My pet’s name: My kids keep asking for a pet, but not yet! Maybe when they’re older.
Fun fact about you: I love visiting historic places and learning about the people who built and lived in them over the years. I’ve visited the pyramids at Giza and other temples and sites along the Nile in Egypt, as well as many castles and other types of structures in France.
When I’m not at work I love spending time with my friends and family. When I have the occasional free time, I enjoy experimenting with and learning about photography or curling up with a cup of coffee and a good book.

Fun fact about you: At age 8 I decided I wanted to be a construction worker.
When I’m not at work I am being silly with my three kids, dreaming and bringing life to house projects with my husband, and drinking coffee all day long.
Karen Breen, Project Developer
Town you live in: Portsmouth
Background: After arriving here at 16 years of age, I spent many years working in the restaurant industry before pursuing my real estate license in 2004. Over the years, I worked with several real estate companies and later joined a builder’s Single Family Homes Division, where I gained experience with residential homes from raw land through staging and sale. In my previous role, I also led the Energy Star initiative, helping the company earn eight consecutive EPA awards. I attended UMass Boston for several semesters and hold five A1 certifications along with a Certificate in Project Management.

Fun fact about you: My parents sent me here from Ireland when I was 16 to live with my 22 year old brother who was in college!
