Today marks my 17th anniversary as the owner of Great Northern Builders, and it’s an incredible milestone to reflect on. When I first embarked on this journey, I had a vision of building not just homes, but relationships—ones built on trust, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. Seventeen years later, that vision has come to life in ways I never imagined.

As a woman-owned and run company in the construction industry, this journey has been especially meaningful. We’ve not only worked hard to create beautiful spaces, but also to break barriers in a field where women are often underrepresented. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built—one of quality, integrity, and collaboration.
Looking back, we’ve faced many challenges, from navigating market shifts to staying ahead of evolving building trends. But through it all, our team’s dedication and passion have been the bedrock of our success. We’ve had the privilege of bringing countless dream projects to life, from custom homes to large-scale renovations, and each project has been a testament to the collaborative spirit of our clients, crew, and partners.
What excites me the most about this anniversary isn’t just the accomplishments of the past, but the endless possibilities of the future. Great Northern Builders has always been about pushing boundaries, and I’m eager to see where the next chapter takes us.
Thank you to everyone—our clients, team, and community—who has supported Great Northern Builders over the years. Here’s to many more years of building excellence together!
